Poor experience
I did not feel supported or heard in my appointed with this individual. First of all, I found her to be super dismissive and trying to leave the room ASAP without hearing my concerns properly. She almost didn't order an MRI for me and only when I called her back into the room over a question I forgot to ask did she say my knee looked strange. Before her first time leaving the room she said I could return to running, driving, playing sports, etc. Turns out (after my MRI and my appointment with Dr. Wiseman) I have a partial ACL tear. So if I had followed her advice without questioning it I would most likely fully torn my ACL. I wish some of these healthcare professionals could slow down and truly hear the concerns of patients before trying to run out of the room. In my opinion, these are the basic qualifications for a job in healthcare- being empathetic and listening to patients. I found her to be neither of these things and I would not recommend her to other patients.
