Max Dawkins, PA-C

The day we were flying home from vacation in Destin, my husband was suffering from sudden hearing loss and pain in his ear. We were seen extremely quickly and received excellent care from Max Dawkins, PA. He spent a lot of time explaining the problem as well as giving information as to what occurred and how to prevent it in the future, as well as cleaning a lot of debris from the ear and prescribing antibiotics. Very well run practice!

Max is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He actually listens to you. This helps him diagnose and treat your condition. A lost art with most doctors today who are on a 15 minute revolving door schedule. Max is very practical and has a great sense of humor. He alternates between Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and BWB offices. Call ahead to see where he is and make an appointment. He has treated my wife and I. He can write prescriptions and he will refer you to a specialist if needed.

PA Dawkins is knowledgeable, has a good bedside manner, and can communicate a diagnosis without sounding too technical. He also has extensive knowledge and a sense of humor. I'd recommend him to anyone seeking doctoral care. I think he's better than some doctors I've seen when I lived in Ft. Walton Beach.
