Ms. Middleton cared for my family during an acute medical crisis. The medical care she provided was superb. She was efficient but she never seemed rushed. She made very good decisions and was an excellent communicator. Her ability to coordinate care during a holiday weekend when confusion often reigns was also a real blessing. It is refreshing to see someone with the skill, leadership, ethics and old-fashioned dedication to patient care that she demonstrated.
