He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Without knowing the outcome, just know that he went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the absolute best care possible when moving on to the next step.

Matthew acted like my chest pain was no big deal when I was sent to see him on critical care from ECT. He refused to sent me to get stress test or call my cardiologist. So, I had to drive 12 hours to and from Fargo and multiple appointment dates to see a cardiologist and get a stress test ordered on different dates before I could return to my ECT procedures.
