I took my 7-year-old son to urgent care for a chalazion/stye and Matthew was amazing! Not only was he so informative and helpful, but he also had a wonderful bedside manner with my fidgety son. After the appointment, he took me over to the medicine aisle in CVS and helped me get the appropriate OTC medicines for my son. It's the best example I've ever seen of what any patient/parent would want regarding overall quality patient care by any medical professional. I wish all medical professionals were as great as Matthew!
