I highly recommend Sportpro! This is a very knowledgeable group. In 2020, out of no where I experienced severe hip pain and within a few months had to have a right hip replacement (1-2021). I was afraid that it marked the beginning of the end of physical independence as I knew it. After a few weeks post op I was cane free and 6 weeks I was back to work, commuting 3 hours round trip per day. In a few months I was completely back to doing what I wanted to do as before. The whole group is amazing at Sportpro, including the physical therapists Matt and Caleb, but I mainly worked with Laiken who was awesome. The whole group are not just about rehab for the specific injured area, but about how that area affects every part of you. The meet in a group daily to discuss the needs of the different clients. Unfortunately, I could not convince them to become my ongoing personal trainers!
