Dr. Matthew Hamilton, DC

When I first started as a patient at Max Potential they would do one re-evaluation per year, which my insurance would pay for. They later started requiring 're-evals' every 6 months, and then later, quarterly. My insurance would only pay for one per year, after which, I had to pay $70 out of my pocket per. I told Matt, since I was seeing him often, weekly for over a year, I didn't feel the need to be re-evaluated so often, and I didn't want to pay for them. He said, if I didn't have the 're-eval's' he would no longer treat me.So, that is where we parted ways. Matt Hamilton helped me considerably, and I would have continued treatment if not for his 're-evaluation' policy. I think it is sad that he refuses to treat someone that doesn't want to pay for something they feel is unbeneficial to them.

Very thorough exam, he has helped me more than any other chiropractor.
