Matt worked thoroughly and tirelessly with me to insure that I received the best possible prosthetic device for my unique situation. He is an excellent communicator, and he has never made insurance or financing solely my responsibility. IIP is a breath of fresh air for patients like me, who spend a lot of time with healthcare providers.

Thank you Matt for an outstanding job! I have wished for someone to listen and help build me new new prosthetic leg for over 16 years. Being a Symes amputee, the build is a bit complicated, you only have so much room to squeeze in what I need. When it was time for a new leg, I always ended up with the same old one with limited mobility. I could never run or be active. You were different, you listened and was willing to try something new. You have changed my life!

If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. All of the employees are friendly and CARE ABOUT YOU. Matt did everything he could possibly do to make my prosthetic comfortable to wear. I just had my surgery July 27, 2015 and I recently received my final prosthetic. When I was in the process of trying to find an office that could help me, I had emailed Indiana prosthetics and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Matt to schedule an appointment with me. The entire staff is AMAZING.
