I went to Matt for around 6 months for my anxiety and I cannot give this man higher praise. He was so kind and helpful and he genuinely cared about how I was doing, and I'm sure that's how he feels with all of his patients. I would be lying if I said that after one appointment I magically felt better, but after my first appointment I felt my way of thinking change, and it helped me gain the strength for me to kickstart the healing process.
It's really easy to open up around Matt, he's one of the kindest people I know and I can't recommend him enough.
