Mason Harrison, FNP

I have been a patient of Mason's for over 13 years, and he is honestly the best primary care provider I have ever had. I came to the internet to schedule an appointment at his new office, but decided to leave a review. Mason is kind, understanding, never makes me feel rushed, answers all of my questions thoroughly, and most important of all, LISTENS to me when I tell him about this body I've inhabited for 57 years now. Most medical professionals act like they know more about your body than you do. They don't. Mason gets that, and really listens to your experiences and concerns and takes them into account before making his diagnosis/treatment plan options. That's another quality that sets Mason apart: he is willing to consider and offer options. He doesn't just tell you what to do without considering your opinion. I really appreciate that!

Mason is a great provider who listens and cares about his patients. The office staff is excellent to work with and he is available to get patients in quickly.

Not only is Mason my physician, he also cared for a couple dear friends of mine. He is caring, compassionate, and clearly explains treatment plans. He is willing to take the necessary time to address each concern.

Mason is a very caring and compassionate man. I absolutely love having him for my Dr. he takes time to review all my concerns, and medical problems, to administer the correct treatment that is best for me. His staff is equally friendly and helpful.

The new patient appointment I had waited over two months for was canceled by his staff one day before it due to an insurance change on my part. It's a small town & only 2 medicaid ins. providers. I assumed the one I switched to would be accepted as the 1st one was. Auto reminder call on Fri confirmed apt., Tues they cancelled for Wed. Office staff (I dealt with three of them by phone) is completely incompetent & rude. If more text was allowed here I give lots of specifics.
