I had an appointment with Ms. Nabavi and found her to be pleasant, courteous and professional in her demeanor. She started by listening to me telling of my activities and daily diet; in as much detail as possible; can't really prescribe a course of action without knowing my history. She was attentive and asked relevant questions. Based on my particular set of circumstances/needs she formulated a workable plan to get me moving in the right direction. I would recommend her strongly
