Promises, promises, promises
While Dr. Quig's team offered a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation, it took 8 weeks (not the 4 weeks as promised) to receive the report. Although we were also promised ease in setting up a telehealth visit to review the findings, and have called the office several times to schedule a follow up visit, no one has returned our calls (weeks after finally receiving the report). As a nurse for over 40 years, this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would avoid this provider at all costs.

A+
I am not one to leave reviews, however, I had such a positive experience, despite being terrified, that I had too. I went to see Dr. Quig due to memory issues. I am only 54 and had myself convinced I had something horribly wrong with me. Everything about my experience was first rate, from the helpful receptionist, to the student assisting with testing and most especially, Dr. Quig. I was quite stressed when I went to my appointment, but Dr. Quig immediately put me at ease. She listened attentively to everything I had to say, asking lots of questions and I really felt she knew what my issues were and how to address them. From the testing to the final report, I knew I was in good hands. She explained things in a way that I could understand and wasn’t scary. I don’t have a need to see her any longer, but would recommend her unequivocally to anyone needing her services.

Excellent Doctor with Great Bedside Manner
My wife had a full neuropsychological test suite done and due to fatigue, Dr. Quig suggested we stop and come back to finish when my wife was rested again. Throughout the process she expressed great care and sympathy for my wife's condition. She did not try to charge for additional meetings and calls despite the effort she put in researching resources to help treat my wife. The report was sufficiently detailed and provided good insight into what was happening with my wife's cognitive issues. Georgetown memory doctors were likewise impressed when they reviewed everything. Dr. Quig went above and beyond and really made my wife feel more in control and cared for.

Abysmal in every possible way. Totally underwhelmed by the lack of attention to detail and lack of effort in the report.

Being tested for anything is never a good feeling to begin with, especially when it comes to your brain function. Despite the battery of tests which at times were exhausting, Dr Quig was able to sooth my anxiety with her pleasant and down to earth level of interaction. I applaud her and her team!
