I felt unheard regarding my concerns. I felt misunderstood, and when I gave her feedback about this, she seemed to get defensive. I didn’t feel that I could be as open with her as I should have been. During a crisis after she reduced her schedule, I asked her for help. I didn’t get the help I needed from her, nor did I get referrals to see someone else. I felt unsafe, unsupported and uncared for. She didn’t seem to understand what was needed in order to help me or be willing to refer me to someone who did.
