Ms. Lotspeich was not helpful as a counselor. We were in couples counseling and she barely met with us over a course of two months, cancelled the latest appointment, then only wanted to meet with my spouse, making me wait at least 6 weeks before I could come in again. She gave us no methods to try to remedy the situation in the few times we did see her. She only gave us a book her husband wrote and a piece of paper. When I explained that I could have found this myself she asked me not to return.
