No teleheath or compassion
I thought she was alright and I could do without telehealth, but today she really hurt my feelings and it’s time to find someone new.

I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Fernandez a few years ago and to this day she is still the standard I hold mental health workers at. Wonderful and very caring therapist.

Dr. Mary Jo Fernandez is an excellent psychologist that genuinely wants to see her patients improve! I saw her for a few months to speak about anxiety and every session was very helpful. She is an expert at cognitive behavioral therapy and truly helps you to get to the root of issues that may be causing psychological stress.

Mary Jo is the best psychologist/therapist I have ever had among all 8 psychologist I've seen. I felt like a whole new person after I have seen her for more than 1 and half year. My depression scores dropped from moderate depression to below clinical diagnostic criteria. For the first time in my life, I feel happy. All thanks to her! I loved the way she taught me about CBT so I can manage my negative emotions. I also love how good she is on listening to all the issues and problems in my life and always comes with good directions so I can steer away from getting stuck in the problems and finally see what I really want to do. All in all, she is a life-saver for me. I highly recommend her for anyone who is seeking help for depression, anxiety and PTSD. Go see her!
