We spent over a month trying to book an appointment - and still have not even the most vague indication of when Mary might be able to do one. She is unresponsive to phone calls and while we got a couple of responses via email, they took multiple days and multiple follow-ups. It is deeply disappointing to see a mental health practitioner display such a complete lack of caring for the well-being of prospective patients.
