I never have seen Dr. Gay as a patient, although as her website presence and her VM request that after leaving a message she would return the call as soon as possible. After more than two weeks have passed and multiple phone calls made, no replied occurred. No “ I am out of the office and will return” or “I am no longer accepting new patients” and possibly offering an alternative suggestion. Professionally she lacks compassion and professional behavior towards individual(s) when they are in need. Not ideal qualities for a therapist.
