She is very sweet and considerate. I give her an excellent rating. Now her staff is another story. The front clerk, whose name begins with a V. keeps forgetting to do call in medications, appointments, and give messages. We call to remind them to send the prescriptions that were supposed to be sent on our previous visit and had to make another appointment just to remind Mary to send the prescription that was supposed to have been sent before. This has happened several times because the staff does not foward the messages. When we go in, Mary will ask why didnt we just call and we advise her that we did, several times. This is very dangerous and unprofessional. I think Mary is too nice to the staff and she does not correct them in my opinion.
