Very unprofessional at best. I had an appointment scheduled with this woman in advance. I get to her office and she is not even there! I called her 3 times and left 2 messages. I waited for a little over half an hour before leaving. My phone call still hadn't been returned, no explanation or anything of the sort. Infuriated to say the least!
