Horrible person & doctor
This woman should not be working in a doctors office she has a horrible attitude. I went to see her through an Urgent Care appointment because of some lady problems and she rushed me, had a nasty attitude . I have never came met a doctor with such a horrible demeanor I hope Ochsner has finally gotten .

Horrible bedside
My story is from over a year ago, but it still sits wrong with me and if I can prevent someone else from experiencing the lack of care I did, it is worth telling. I had 2 surprise positive pregnancy tests and my regular OBgyn wasn’t available, so I went to her out of desperation. She walked in immediately with an attitude and talked down to me, and acted like I was wasting her time/making it up. She threw her hands and asked “who/when/where/why did you think you were pregnant!?” in an exasperated tone. My test results said “not pregnant.” After what felt like an interrogation, she landed on “chemical pregnancy.” Ok, that makes sense. What she did NOT need to say was “it wasn’t a real baby anyway” during the visit when I was obviously distraught. It was very real for me and my husband during those few days between the tests and the visit. She had a person shadowing her, and I hope they didn’t pick up any of her bedside manner.

She is a horrible provider and person. I would never see her again and would never refer her to anyone else. She cursed during my visit, told me things were in my head, and was rude the entire visit. I regret ever seeing her. Her attitude changed even more once she knew I was a part of the LGBTQ community. I refuse to ever see her again and I do not understand why Ochsner still has this woman employed. No one should hire her and she should lose her license for being so disgusting to patients. I don’t know why she’s in this field and she has no respect for patients dealing with sensitive issues. She doesn’t like to follow up with patients and she’s rude as all get out.

She works at a walk-in clinic at the big O hospital. I went to the clinic out of desperation for an ongoing issues that had been getting worse lately. It was a last resort decision. I don't have anything negative to say about her intelligence. I think she made a fair health care decision. But her bedside manner was horrible. Body language seemed hostile (arms crossed, standing over me). Interrogated me about past visit with other providers, and became frustrated when I couldn't remember certain things. She came across as very demeaning, impatient and belittling. There was such a lack of compassion, she almost seemed angry that I wasted her time. I wasn't there to hustle anyone for anything. My body is falling apart from the inside out and I just needed help. I walked out of that appointment, sat in my car and cried. Only good thing that came out of that appointment was that she had my copay refunded, because technically no interventions had taken place. So...thanks.

I have been seeing Ochsner healthcare providers for a long time and never have I ever had to deal with someone so unprofessional in my life. The worst attitude ever, talks down to you like your below her, all because I did not know what nurse I spoke to earlier that day. This is beyond the worst I've ever experienced and when I complained and someone told her she proceeded to come and apologize with an attitude and getting loud with me inside the room with her teeth together. The worst!!!!!!!!!!
