Mary Margaret is kind and patient person, which is key to creating a safe therapy environment. I feel like she listens closely and never judges. I can tell that she genuinely cares about my well-being. Mary Margaret is less about programs and workbooks (like CBT) and more about questioning why certain feelings and emotions arise in us. Personally, I grew up with emotionally-abusive parents, so we talk a lot about how that shaped my view of the world and gave me maladaptive coping skills.
