Very mechanical approach.

Very rushed

I felt like my thoughts/concerns/opinions about my care were not considered by my provider.

I found that the doctor I saw didn't take the time to call me when she said she would. Rather a week later I get an email from another doctor with my blood work results. I found that she didn't really listen to me during my appointment and I am unsure if she even read my record before going into the appointment. She also said she would possibly start me on medication after my bloodwork. I had gotten my blood work done on a Thursday and was told I would receive the results the next day. I did not hear back from the office until the following Thursday. Nor was I informed about any medications or things I could do differently because I am still having symptoms.

Mary seems to lack knowledge when it comes to FMLA paperwork and says that Diabetes is not a chronic condition. On top of that, she completely disregarded symptoms from a patient of what could be either RSV, Covid, or any other virus or illness. Lung sound and cough wasn’t good. I am truly disappointed in this and won’t be referring anyone her way.

Mary Ellen is a great dr.

I would fully recommend my primary care provider (Mary Ellen Baldino APRN) to anyone.

Provider was alarmist about allergy & EKG discussions, put inaccurate allergy info on record, did not allow me a say in proposed treatment.

I had missed an appointment without calling. I was sent a letter state in that if I did it again they would send me somewhere else.That was not very nice

My and my sons experience has been so good that we've recommended them to the rest of my family which all now currently have MarryEllen and prohealth as their primary care physicians

Switched to her from another provider and so glad I did. She has the greatest bedside manner and really listens and helps you figure out what’s going on. Hoping she continues to practice for many more years!!!
