Made an appointment with Mary a few weeks ago. I sent over my paperwork ahead of time and when I arrived at the spot I had a rude realisation that Mary forgot to tell me she only does online sessions. I drove all the way for no reason just to have her say that she thought she told me, though we never talked about how we were going to handle it online, never talked about a platform we were going to use. I specifically asked for in person session on the phone when we talked and it was quite irresponsible for her to not let me know that detail until the minute of. And then on top of it try to argue with me about it. Not to mention she kept on interrupting me over the phone, I can’t image what a circus it would be if I actually wanted to do it online. The thing is if I wanted to do it online, I would choose anyone in the country.
