I had a simple clavicle break and instead of giving me a sling for the clavicle I got one for the scapula and all the direction to use it. The scapula sling has a wrap around to keep the arm pressed against the body, well that made my clavicle overlap and heal incorrectly causing constant pain and a large lump. Thanks a lot!! it's been over nine months now and the pain has not subsided!
