The Receptionist at Eyemart
We waited 3 weeks for an appointment only to be turned away because our appointment was at 4:15 and they don't do first-time contact wearers appointments after 4. The next appointment was two weeks away. The lady was very rude when I showed frustration and asked how are we supposed to know this. It seems like that would be a question you would ask before scheduling the appointment. I would not recommend EyeMart on Atlanta Highway.

It was the worst experience I've ever had with a professional. I personally faced very poor and or little to no communication about my contacts and in my opinion, he behaved in an extremely petty and unprofessional way. The overall vibe is not very friendly and I would highly suggest seeking a different eye center in Montgomery, Al.

Bad experience
Not a good experience. LONG wait times. He accepts walk-ins which throws him behind on booked appointments. If you complain, he is rude.
