I had signed up for therapy. The mindfulness group was recommended and it started with 6 people., (4) left the group. I called to cancel and this was not acknowledged. She used confidential information for a project for another clinician and then denied this. I reported her to my insurance company because she charged full rate for two appointments I did not attend and called in advance. The insurance company responded in my favor and it took there years for her to stop billing me. No trust here
