I have been knowing PA. the acting physician at Port City Medical at this time and she has proven to be a very kind considerate hand on physician. Yes, Though I miss, Dr. William Joyner. Ms. Marshelle Powel PAC ,has been one of character , Ibelive a doctor-patient relationship is as a lifetime commitment one of Truth, honesty, compassion and understanding of the matters . Do understand they do their best concerning our Health and hopefully help us the best quality of Of Life we have 2/live.
