Used to see Marshalette for pain management when she worked for NY spine and pain. She was always empathic to my RSD and helped me manage my pain. Excellent bed side manner and took the time needed with me

Spends time with her patients, very thorough
I saw NP Gillings in her Rockaway Park location for the first time on 2/1/23. I was very pleased with how personable she was and the amount of detail she put into my evaluation. She took time to listen and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Often times when I go to doctors offices, I feel rushed because they were so busy. I didn't get that feeling with her. I was pleasantly surprised 3 days later when she called me with my test results (on a Saturday!) This level of service is very rare these days. I now have referrals for all the specialists that I need to see. I will surely request her again next time.
