Telehealth
When she came on the line, Marlo was friendly and helpful. She allowed me time to discuss my situation and helped me get a prescription that I needed. I saw the previous reviews after my appointment, which wasn't my experience. I was kind and respectful and Marlo matched my energy in kind.

Worst experience ever
Telehealth
Rude and condescending. Made me feel like a criminal just because my teenager used over the counter eye drops. Treated me like a bad mother. Took everything of what i said out of context. Next time I get her I will literally hang up on her. Very unprofessional. Literally trash service

She's VERY condescending & rude. Absolutely unprofessional. No bedside manner at all. I don't know why she's in this industry, if she's so easily annoyed.

Nothing has changed from her previous reviews from years ago. Rude, arrogant, condescending, and won’t let you speak. She really isn’t good at what she does. She didn’t know certain things and I’m supposed to expect her to diagnose me while she’s clueless and won’t stop talking long enough to let me explain why I was there.
