If you want the most non-ethical flat out liar and you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money then that would be the only reason you would still be in the same room as Marlene Joy. She will twist your words around so fast you will not know what hit you. Be careful please your children are your life and they are not worth what how this women will destroy every shred of their worth. RUN like someone else said. PLEASE RUN THEY OTHER WAY....

She lies. Do not fall for her warm greeting in the beginning, you will find out how manipulative she is when she submits her report to court. It will be full of her assumptions, not facts, which she would know if she bothered to check them. Then, wait until you see the bill! Better sit down for that one. You pay her enormous sums to have her rip your children away. Recommend filing a complaint with AZ Board of Behavioral Health to investigate her methods. She's had dozens already!

Though my wife and I were frustrated with the process of a child custody situation, blaming our poor judgment and sometimes questionable behavior on Dr. Joy which many have done here seems inexcusable. None of us like to be called on our crap but in hindsight for both me and my wife, we realize and agree that Dr. Joy was trying to protect our children and get us to see that we weren't helping the situation much. Put your big persons pants on people. The problem is most likely YOU!

Absolutely would never recommend this lady to anyone! She is a liar! Thank god I have recorded back up of all encounters with this lady! If you have her run run very far. Her reports are very unprofessional and full of hatred! See tricks family and all involved with cases. NEVER use her a disgrace and money sucking evil person!
