My daughter went from being withdrawn, shut down and was refusing school. After describing some of the symptoms and what was going on it was Dr. Brennen who asked if I had ever suspected that my child may be autistic. That one question lead to a diagnosis from a pediatric neurologist and just made so much sense. Dr. Brennen was patient with us when I was reluctant to start my child on meds. Although therapy and having the right services in place after the autism diagnosis helped, my child was still anxious and depressed. When I finally decided it was time to give meds a shot, our lives changed within 2 months! I’m absolutely in awe of the difference! I know we may need to make adjustments in the future, but I’m so glad that we were referred to this amazing, patient, terrific Dr. I feel confident that she’ll provide safe and healthy advice.
