Marlaine Registe, ARNP

During appointments Marlaine did not listen to my concerns and actively ignored what I was saying. Once she asked me how I felt about X negative event in my life, and when I said I was actually doing well, she said "that's okay, it'll get better." That was the general vibe of my appointments with her. It didn't matter what I said, she was going to do what she was going to do. I had a medication regiment that I'd been on successfully for years, and she suggested we try something new. I agreed, and after several weeks it was clear it was not working. I told Marlaine this and asked to go back to my original medications, and she refused, citing some very rare side effect. I truly don't understand why she was so opposed to this when every other doctor I've seen has been fine with it. I was miserable for months until I finally found a different provider and was able to go back to what had been working before. I do NOT recommend seeing Marlaine, even if all you need is a prescription refill.
