Marla Souder, HSPP

Souder and her office are poor professionals. Souder doesn't follow through with what she says shes going to do, very lazy! The office does not return calls! Souder lies, blames the office staff for things not getting sent to insurance then you call insurance and find out the Dr never sent clinical information. Been in the process of trying to schedule for 3 months, they lost the referral, get a consult with Souder, she is not honest with her patients and then you read more information in your visit summary that she never decided to discuss. I would never recommend her to anyone! No wonder she has moved offices several times, no one wants her!!

Dr. Marla Souder has been wonderful for us to work with and very helpful!

Don't expect phone calls to be returned, ever, by Dr. Souder despite being given access to her voicemail. Messages left took literally a month to be attended to, though we were polite. The third message, being more direct though still polite, received a return call after two weeks. We are still waiting for a final bill 4 months after our last session. I will NEVER refer anyone to Dr. Souder, as we have had hope given only to be left hanging, with a hefty bill. If it were worth it, I'd say so.
