As other people state she would ask a question, interrupt saying that I wasn't answering it right, cut me off when explaining anything, very cold and apparently seems to enjoy pushing patients to tears as I too like others ended up with a lump in my throat. I was close to just hanging up on her, wish I recorded it. This is dangerous to do to someone on the edge and already feeling hopeless. She also rushed and said she had another patient waiting. She told me I didn't "look depressed " after the first 2min. Waited til the end to say she didn't specialize in trauma. I'm terrified if HF is offering this kind of carelessness to folks struggling with mental health. Makes me wonder how many in her "30" yrs was pushed to harm themselves or worse because of her empathy deficit? Immediately after I called the office and asked for someone else. Dont waste your time, one session was enough to feel 100x worse. 1.5 STARS out of over a dozen should say something. DO BETTER HENRY FORD!

PLEASE SCHEDULE WITH SOMEONE BESIDES HER!!! For anyone desperate or on edge in need of a professional that has any empathy/integrity/original thoughts... KEEP LOOKING!! I couldn’t stress enough that she’d rather hear herself repeat an unoriginal thought than let you discuss your problems or offer any help!

She doesn't hold your hand. She has you be accountable for your own discovery and recovery/therapy.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!Has no patience or empathy.Would ask a question and while I was answering, she'd interrupt That's not what I asked You're not making sense You're making my job difficultExtremely rude.The appointment was rushed.She would say we're running out of time.I need answers. I broke down crying out of frustration, sat in my car for 30min after the appt crying.TheOPPOSITE of what I needed from her.She made me feel 100x worse.She is definitely in the wrong profession.

Very much agree to the previous review... She's very impatient .. Cant never tell to your patient- better hurry up and I have another patient waiting ... that's so unprofessional

With all do respect I WOULD NOT recommend her to any patient or potential patient. My son had appointment with her for the first time for evaluation. She had no patience at all, she lacked of empathy. Her statement answer my questions quicker I DON'T HAVE TIME, the first appointment it supposed to last at least 45 minutes. She should choose a different career path, very disappointed, and I will file an official complaint.
