Marla Marin

Marla was my case manager. At the start of the pandemic I received a brief letter from her informing me that she was closing my case because she alleged that she had tried calling me several times to renew my documents but couldnt reach me. This was very odd since there was no record of her calling me on my phone-I had her number and name in my contacts list. I immediately called and left her a voicemail asking what number she was calling from since her name and number wasn’t showing up on my phone. I made sure to leave her my number in case she had dialed someone else in error. I got no response. No phone call, no email ( she had my email), no letter. So my case manager Marla was “ managing” the case of someone with psychiatric illness (me) by gaslighting me about why she was closing my case during a terrifying global pandemic. That’s not a good look hon. AVOID THIS WOMAN LIKE COVID.
