Mark West, LMFT

My fiancé and I were referred by the VA for counseling with Mark. We had scheduled a virtual appointment with him about 3 weeks prior and he was supposed to send us consent forms and any other additional paperwork to fill out before the appointment. Not only did he never send us any paperwork, he never sent us over a link to join the session. His phone number went straight to voicemail and we left him several messages. He has not called us back. If you’re familiar with VA mental healthcare, the VA automatically assumes it’s the patient’s fault and deems the patient a no-show. We had to call the VA (which took over an hour) to let them know it was not our fault Mark failed to show up for the appointment. I absolutely would not recommend this flake of a provider nor trust him with my mental health concerns.
