Billing nightmare! Over a period of more than 6 months of attempting to resolve their billing issues with them, I've conducted numerous phone calls with the office manager and have had to write countless emails mapping out dates of service and EOB's. Now, even after receiving confirmation from the office manager in December that the account is at a zero balance, they send yet another bill. I would never see them again based on their nightmare billing situation.

The 2 stars are because the front staff whom I just talked to has no capability of leading a professional conversation. She didn't know about the pricing, neither what was included in the price, neither about the kinds of therapy they offer. She took a long time talking in circles without actually answering and then complained she has other people waiting. When I told her that she is not listening to what I am asking she hung up on me.
Very unprofessional practice & extremely awful staff.

The office staff is very professional and caring. Dr. Wardenburg himself is very energetic and wants to find answers! Several members of my family are patients, and we all find our experience to be excellent.

Dr. Wardenburg is thoughtful, experienced and caring. I have been his patient for four or five years and he has been helpful. He has a very friendly staff and his Physical Therapy Center is the best I have ever been do.

Lacking professionalism at all levels. Scheduling staff are confused. Office is a throwback 1960's. Wait time are long. Billing staff confused, make mistakes and charge without any desire to correct, just advise take or leave it then go to collections. I stopped after 4 of 24 visits it was so bad with their mistakes. As for the PT, they were uncertain and or confused as to procedures. Avoid.
