Great staff!!! Great Chiropractor! Dr Turner is amazing. He is very in tune to our needs. Can’t say enough about this wonderful team who make all their patients feel like family.

I had 29 spinal decompression treatments & told Dr. Groff on 3 different times, I didn’t believe, it was working, since I was still hurting. My Neurosurgeon told me based on Dr. Groff’s X-ray, he should have known, I wasn’t a candidate for spinal decompression. I have a bone/vertebrae out of place, along with pinched sciatic nerve. Please have an MRI before considering Spinal Decompression. I’m 65, & feel like I’ve been taken at $4,250, when Honestly would have been the Best Policy. Plus living on fixed income, this was a Huge Chunk of Our Savings! My surgery is scheduled for 2/21/22. Right at 5 months of Excruciating Pain! Praying for God’s Guidance & No Other Ppor Soul Falls Prey to being Taken!

Everyone was so nice and informative. Dr. Groff is a very kind man and makes you feel comfortable by explaining everything he's doing and why. My husband and I were impressed and left feeling much better.

Dr. Groff has an amazing way of connecting with his patients, displays patience and a caring attitude to each person. His entire staff is always friendly and helpful. He has helped me with my on going back issues and takes time to discuss options. I appreciate the extra time and attention given recently and feel my back is improving with the treatments provided by him and his staff. Thank you and bless you!

My visit was very helpful for by back problems. The choice of treatments was rewarding. Dr Gross is pleasant and most competent. The office is friendly and pleasant. I have not found a better facility for back treatment than here. Note: My spouse had back pain over a 30 year span and we tried several procedures and treatments during that time with no relief until we came to Dr Gross. Now she is much better.

I brought Dr. Groff an MRI and he took probably 30 minutes to review it and offer the choices of surgery or spinal decompression. I liked the fact that the body is able to heal itself with a little help. I am shocked (but not really) that insurance does not cover this treatment. It seems that treating the body in a way that it would heal itself does not sit well with hospitals that make huge amounts of money via back surgeries. Thank you Dr. Groff for the informative video and for taking the time to explain the MRI results, the options available and for believing that bodies were designed to heal themselves.

The Chiropractic care is exceptional. The environment is so relaxed that you forget that your at a Dr's Appointment or in pain.... Most of all, the staff actually acts happy to see you and takes an interest in your progress... The best experience I have ever had and will continue to make them my health care for life...

The People are friendly and knowledgeable and my back feels amazing. I tell everyone I know with back problems about Dr Groff and his staff.

I have had three visits now. Dr. Groff explained my problem in layman terms for me, answered all of my questions and concerns. The other doctors and the staff are all great and friendly. They do it right at Gallatin Chiropractic Clinic!! Note: They are making me well again.

Dr. Groff and his entire staff are warm and welcoming. They seem to enjoy their work/job. It is a great office atmosphere. I completed a massage on Friday afternoon near closing time. As good a job as Sabrina did, and she is excellent, I still had a twinge in my back. Instead of telling me to make an appointment as they were closing, Dr. Groff took me in and gave me a great adjustment. It saved me from going into the weekend carrying that twinge around.

Dr Groff and staff are amazing people! So caring. Everyone was so kind and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Groff was very attentive and listened to me tell all about my aches and pains. I’m very pleased with the treatment plan and look forward to getting back to good health.

I have been seeing Dr Groff for 20 years. There is no more caring, compassionate chiropractor in middle Tennessee.

Every staff member is friendly and kind most of all. I feel like I’ve known them forever. They treat my spouse as well and for the first time in years his back condition is under control.

Even though they have state of the art equipment for healing discs they did not try to sell me treatments that I didn’t need.

As always, my visit today was excellent. It begins with Marni greeting me by name and ends with her scheduling my next appointment to fit my schedule. In between, I see the assistants and the doctor. It doesn’t matter which staff member helps me...Sera, Bethany, Michael...they are always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They ask questions to get a better idea of my needs on a particular day and always do what they can to make the visit a pleasant experience. And then I see the doctor. Dr. Armstrong has been amazing with my issues. Dr. Turner has done wonders too. I would recommend Gallatin Chiropractic Clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and on time appointments!

I had a great first experience at Gallatin Chiropractic today. Everyone there was very kind and personable. I was explained everything that was being done and why. The adjustment at the end was very good as well. I will most definitely be going back.

I have been living in chronic pain for over ten years. Medicine, therapy, and many many years and dollars down the drain. Chiropractic care was the only thing I haven’t tried. Dr. Groff and staff were absolutely amazing! He listened and I could tell he wanted to help me get my life back. I’ll never forget what he said, “God didn’t mean for you to live in pain.” I walked in at a level 10 pain in spine and hip and walked out a level 0 in spine and maybe a 2 in my hip.
