I've tried several counselors and most are pushing their own agenda of some kind. Mark is compassionate and guiding, using the power of talk and self-actualization. Guess what, he actually made two people better! My husband and myself. A lot of therapy seems a never ending process, but Mark gives you the tools to heal. I can't say enough wonderful things about this man and his methods. Be kind to yourself and see this man.

UNRESPONSIVE: At outset I asked for hands-on, interactive skills for dealing with challenges with people after an isolated life. He ignored my repeated requests. POOR VALUE & BOUNDARIES: Wasted time + was as if he wanted meditate for his anxiety. 'FALSE POSITIVE': Told me to close my eyes for the majority of each session for *pseudo* meditation, then, 'okay, what's on your mind?'. Well, nothing. ARROGANT: I terminated after *3 years*. He was uncollaborative & not a fit. He told me I wasn't done.
