Fractured Cartilage 3rd & 4th Rib
I am so sad! Dr. Mark was very aggressive and on my 2nd visit he fractured, crushed the cartilage on my 3rd & 4th rib that connects them to the sternum! The pain was excruciating! I went back the next day he was in the office in Harrisonburg, VA and told him the pain was so severe I could not work! He was treating a client and came to the doorway and shouted, 'I told my wife not to schedule you! I'm not doing anymore treatments!' He offered no solution or compensation. I then went to another doctor whe diagnosed the fracture! I had to be cared for and assisted in and OOB for a month and missed weeks of work. His wife called Re: me keeping subsequent App'ts. Of course I said no and informed her of my injury. She said, 'I heard that.' And offered no sympathy! It took Dr. Mark a month to call and apologize! I definitely lost faith in his expertise! I filled out a detailed health assessment so he was fully informed of my health status.
