Dr. Mark Feinsilber, PHD

I stepped in to help a family member that was in crisis. Never having dealt with mental illness before, I was thrown into a world I had no idea how to navigate. I quickly learned that I had a tremendous ally in Gabriella and Dr. Feinsilber. My cousin was in Forsyth County jail awaiting a mental health evaluation. After months of waiting for this to happen, I took matters into my own hands and hired Dr. Feinsilber. They were incredibly helpful in all aspects! They worked with attorney's, the jail and especially with me! Unfortunately, I quickly learned that mental health treatment facilities are few and far between in Georgia. Gabriella went above and beyond to help me. She even called me after hours to help me find a long-term in-patient facility. My cousin is now safe, healthy and on the path towards a better life. I would recommend this office again and again.

Dr. Feinsilber was our first psychologist when our son was about 6 years old. His diagnosis was right on. But being a mom with our first child, I refused to believe that our son has mental disorders. As time progresses, our son's issues become more prominent. Fast forward, after going through many different psychologists and psychiatrists, we found ourselves back to him again for psychological therapy. He is very experienced, and very patient. He works with our son's psychiatrist for recommendation. And his office staff Gabriele is wonderful. She meant business, and she takes care of appointments like no other. Dr. Feinsilber has very busy schedule. Ms. Gabriele is able to manage it well while meeting patient's requirements. It takes couple encountering before we discover how genuine she is. She is very responsive, communicative, and professional. She is straightforward with good sense of humor. I always enjoy conversing with her. She is a great addition to the practice.

The office admin is so unpleasant that you will be forced to quit and change the specialist. Very rude and insensitive.

Dr. Feinsilber is an excellent listener and extremely intuitive, great at understanding what you really mean in what you say. As a bi-polar woman I have had many therapists. I have never had more empathetic and excellent treatment. I am also impressed with the office manager, Gabriele Pollmeier, who ensures patients receive the kindest and most efficient help required.

Dr. Feinsilber and his office Manager have always been been very professional, very responsive, kind understanding, and caring. Office manager Gabriele returns calls in a timely manner and calls clients in the evening to remind them of their appointment the next day. Very helpful and informative. My son has been seeing Dr. Feinsilber for anxiety and ADHD management. We are seeing positive results and hopeful Dr. Feinsilber will continue to help my son overcome his anxiety issues and have to tools he needs to reach his greatest potential. I am very pleased with Dr. Feinsilber’s therapy treatment and care.

Due to Dr. Feinsilber's office manager Gabriele, I have decided to choose a different psychologist. Through multiple encounters with her, I found that she is extremely rude and insensible. She tends to calls at unseemly hours which I believe is extremely tasteless especially for a medical facility. Because of having an abbreviated conversation with Dr. Feinsilber, I am unable to give a useful review of his quality of work. From my brief conversation with Dr. Feinsilber, I gathered that he is is very friendly, and welcoming. I think my experience would have been more positive if I had a different encounter with his office manager. It's unfortunate that because of imprudence and inappropriate behavior from an office staff I will be giving my business to someone else.

He really helped me through my depression. He cares about you and listens to your problems. He's a very reliable support. I can always count on him. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from depression/anxiety.

Awesome doctor. My son has been seeing him for years. I can’t begin to express how much he has helped our son turn into a confident successful young man. Dr F has always gone above and beyond our expectations. He is a caring and compassionate mental health provider. We moved to another state but our son insisted on continuing services with Dr F...he is that good.

He fell asleep in more than a few of my appointments. Never acknowledged it, just acted like it never happened. Very disappointing.
