I was in so much pain from a tare in my knee. Being from Great Barrington, I thought i'd go to the closest Drs., Berkshire Orthopedics in Pittsfield mass. That was my first mistake. I was totally shocked at the way I was treated...abused I call it. I was put threw the ringer, after x-rays and a m.r.i they didn't know why I hurt so bad. I SERIOUSLY wanted to vomit 24/7. I was out of my mind in pain. I HAD to do something after almost 3 months. I called New England Orthopedics and the receptionist was so kind on the phone and directed me to Dr. Mark. I could never be more grateful for finding him. He listened to me, did NOT rush me or make me feel like I felt by Sage and Mitz in Pittsfield. He went over the x-rays taken at his office and the M.R.I. results. His eyes are much better than theirs in Pittsfield, he understood why I was in pain from what he saw! THANK GOD FOR DR. MARK! He injected my knee in the correct place. For literally minutes more drive it's worth it. He is AMAZING!!!
