Dr. Mark Crafford, OD

Have had a prior full eye exam February 2023 for contacts & glasses. Made an appointment for blurry vision in right eye. Went through the vision test standard one. Was told I had cataracts in both eyes, right eye was worse. Gave me a new pair of contacts to put in. Told me that I should see better. Dr Crafford walked out the door. I still had blurry vision in right eye. No one cared or offered to help further. Had to pay out of pocket for the exam. Insurance wouldn't cover due to not being 1 year since last exam.When I went back to pick-up prescription, I asked to be seen by the Dr again. Eye Tech was rude, wanted me to sign prescription. I did sign my name & stated I did not agree with the prescription. Made a review on Google, all they say is they're sorry. I'm 67 worn glasses since 15 & contacts since age 18.If you need glasses for DMV they're OK. Anything further find a better place.February is coming & can now finally get a proper eye exam NOT FROM DR CRAFFORD OR AMERICAS WORS

I have been a patient of Dr. Crafford for over 25 years. He has helped me maintain my eye health and guided me in the selection of eyewear and contacts that fit my changing needs. He is a caring, knowledgable, and kind man who takes the time to understand your individual eye care needs. I enjoy my interactions with him.
