would give zero stars if I could. The office is beautiful but the staff is medically negligent. My provider left the practice (good for him) and I had to be scheduled with someone new, Mark Ison. I advised the staff that I was running low on meds and would need a refill before my appointment date, so they told me to email Matk for a refill. After a week Mark never responded. My pharmacy sent a refill request which was denied stating I needed to schedule an appointment which I had already. Called and spoke with the front desk who stated they would message the provider to refill meds. No response and the weekend came and left. Called the office first thing on a Monday and was told they’d send the doctor a message and cc the office manager. No response. Called back and got the office manager who said the doctor didn’t work mondays but would have the medical director fill my meds and call me back in 20 mins. 24 hours later and still haven’t received a call back or meds.
