Receptionist was genuinely kind, thoughtful, professional. After our first appt, she knew our names and never forgot them. She greeted all of the clients she knew from previous appts and treated them like a dear friend. Daughter was referred to his practice for a soccer ankle injury. Lilly was her primary PT and did such an amazing job not only during her appts but also with what needed to be done at home. My daughter was able to hit the field at 100% mobility. She LOVED the positive energy, teamwork, and support of the staff so much she didn’t want her appointments to end. Thank you, Dr. Hernandez, for creating a wonderful team and environment.

He was okay until the time he was distracted and telling me to do deeper squats. He had my put my hands flat on a smooth counter for support and kept telling me to squat deeper. I did, and my hands slid right off the counter and I fell on my tailbone on the floor. I was already there for PT for a ruptured lumbar disc! I never went back.
