Dr. Marina Tsivin, DNP

From start to finish I absolutely loved my visit with Dr. Tsivin. She explained everything clearly and answered my questions patiently. Not only was she exceptionally kind but she was even funny too. It's always nerve wrecking meeting a new doctor and she made me feel at ease and that I was in good hands. I couldn't be more happy.

I had an appointment for a physical and she never even touched me. She asked why the reason for my visit. Referred me for a mammogram and two weeks later was suppose to have a televisit to discuss blood results. The televisit was never conducted despite confirming via text. Never received a follow up nor a call regarding any of my results including what was an inconclusive mammogram. Two weeks later had an appt with my GYN to find out that I was supposed to have been sent for more images as of the breasts. A month later I need to undergo a biopsy and to date I have not heard from Dr. Tsivin. Today I called to speak to her and her staff scheduled a 3:30 televisit, which again she never called. Worst patient experience ever. Will be changing my doctor ASAP.

Dr. Tsivin is the most compassionate doctor I have ever seen. She is thorough and patient. Explains everything in detail. When leaving her office you leave feeling so relaxed and just all around happy. Her medical knowledge is always on point. When you see her she explains it all with so much detail and knowledge. Her bedside manner is beyond anything I have ever experienced when going to a doctor. Her compassion towards her patients is unmatched. Honestly she has got to be the best doctor I have seen in years. The trust I have in her is so strong!!!

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Tsivin and it was a delight. She immediately made me feel comfortable. I am very happy to have found someone I can trust and connect with. .
