This was a negative experience. My perscription was wrong. The optical department tried three times sending them back. I asked to revisit the doctor and was told no several times. I returned the unusable glasses. When I went back in they said they would charge another office fee. I went to Shopko Optical for less than Costco O D charges.

Has to have been the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Very professional along with being a beautiful lady.

Dr. Roach has a professional and personal manner and explicit knowledge of her profession. Her expertise and all around care puts her in a #1 position compared to any other. Thankful that I can get great care from her with complete confidence. I always, ALWAYS, leave grateful. Thank you!

I had my first exam with Dr. Roach today. My experience was a very positive one and I am very happy with the entire appointment. Modern and updated equipment! No dialation drops! Lori helped me order my contacts and was helpful and courteous. Very happy with the price as well!

I have seen Dr. Roach for 2 years and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an Optometrist in the Flathead Valley. Was skeptical of this service at Costco, but my was I surprised!! Dr. Roach is very thorough and explains things very well. Since my brother retired as an optometrist I have been to several others and Dr. Roach is far superior to everyone I have seen. Highly recommend this special Doctor !!
