My daughter was seeing Marie before covid. Once the pandemic started they switched to phone sessions. After awhile my daughter felt she no longer needed her therapy sessions. Marie sent damaging texts to my daughter. Telling her she was a miserable person. Yes, we have this documentation. Due to my daughters nursing school schedule, she was unable to further her quest to have Marie removed from further seeing patients or to seek help herself. My daughter needed therapy from her therapist. Never should anyone asking for help go through what my daughter did.

She was so kind, smart, very sharp and interactive with me, I felt so comfortable talking to her about anything, I simply can’t say enough great things about her, she is so caring too and it really shows

She is very unprofessional. In my time seeing her, I felt like I was being judged. There's a difference between being direct and constructive and being judgemental. She was very superficial in her therapy style and did not provide any real coping skills nor did she ever press deeper to help me work through trauma. She would text people during our sessions and get upset in front of me when other patients would cancel. When I told her that I did not wish to continue seeing her, she was very unprofessional saying that I hadn't changed and that she would rather work with someone willing to put in the work...when I had spent a year being kind, open, and vulnerable. Do not meet with her, she doesn't know how to treat clients respectfully.

came highly recommended by my previous therapist who said she even briefed her on my file. Unfortunately Marie did not answer my calls nor respond to voice-mails to either let me k or she wasn't accepting patients or to recommended someone else. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I made an appointment with Marie a few weeks in advance for telehealth. She did not show up and didn’t reach out for another week to let me know she was too busy. Completely unprofessional!
