December 2020, I drove my father (who is 86 years old) to an appointment he had with Dr. Mary Beth Taylor. I was very disappointed with the treatment I received from her MA Natasha. She was rude and continued to dismiss my questions. I attend all my father's doctor appointments and have for the last 5 years, to keep on top of my father's health and to make sure he follows the doctor's orders. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a MA in all the years I have been attending my father's doctor's appointments. Dr. Taylor was aware of how upset I was and I have never received an apology from her or her MA Natasha. I will be searching for a new primary doctor for my father.

My husband is a patient at the Internal Medicine office in Greeley, CO. He had seen Dr. Ling for the last four years, and his care was recently transferred to Mary Beth Taylor. He saw her for the first time on 12/31/2019 and we waited an extremely long time for her to come in the room. This morning he had an appointment with her and we arrived 1 minute late because of a traffic delay and she refused to see him. The lady at the front Desk was super rude and said we had to reschedule the appointment so I asked to speak with Mary Beth Taylor and she refused to come out and talk to us. I asked for the Practice Manager and was told to call at 8:30 and I could talk with her. I have called 3 times and she refuses to take my call. I am puling my whole family from the Banner network because of this incident. It was totally uncalled for and it is obvious that the patients do not matter to you.
