Marianne St John, FNP

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a health car facility. There were so many other issues, but I will spare you those details and only describe what was the worst. I had no trust in this place the moment they asked me for a urine sample (which in itself is fine). While in the bathroom, there was someone else’s urine sample sitting on the table. The sample had all of the other patient protected health information on the container - her name, date of birth, MRN, etc. it was just sitting there. Not only did I now have access to all of this patient information, if I had a drug problem, I could’ve taken this patient urine and swapped it with mine.I would have been very upset if that was my information available to everyone who went into the bathroom after me. Sloppy & dirty practice. I asked for my money back and left without seeing Marianne St. John. I will find a better place that I can trust.

I can’t say enough of how pleased I’ve been with the Pain Management treatments of Marianne St. John…I first injured my back in 1996 and have had 7 back surgeries since. I was going to another Pain Mgmnt. Physician for over 10 years and I was always pleased and happy with her but she had retired and recommended Marianne St. John and Wow! I’ve seen her 3 times now and while she continues using the same methods as my previous physician she also began giving me Trigger point injections and I was blown away by the difference they made(my wife said after the injections I looked straighter and taller plus she didn’t hear me let out yells or screams when I get up from the couch or get out of bed… Marianne St. John is very easy to get along with and really understands my chronic pain…Plus the whole staff is super nice and the scheduling is great(my 3 visits so far were not much of a wait at all which means a lot to me)

Dr. St. John has the most thorough paperwork to describe your condition. Staff extremely friendly ,courteous, and professional. Doctor St. John listen’s to my complete situation and I never felt she was in a rush to move on to the next patient on a normal visit. She helped me when other doctors didn’t care and had their own agenda and treated me inhumanly . Those other three doctors totally flipped upside down my belief that doctors are here to help you . I thank God I found Dr. Marianne and her staff.

Marianne is a fantastic Healthcare provider, I am extremely satisfied being a patient there. Appointments are on time yet they are never rushed because she cares for my well being and is genuinely concerned. Her office manager Jamie is warm, welcoming and professional. First class and highly recommended.

Felt so degraded by her.

Stay away, the office lies to you that they accept your insurance, then after more then a dozen visits, sends you to collections because it turns out they do not accept it. On top of it the rudest front desk that clearly tells you one thing, then denies it .

The care that you receive with Marianne St. John is over and above any other doctor. She takes her time, she intently listens and retains each and every conversation, she makes herself available to her patients and she treats her patients in a manner with providing a great quality of life. She truly cares. You will not get better care anywhere else.
